In accordance with the law, citizens of all countries except Namibia require a visa to visit Angola. Holders of normal passports issued to nationals of Cape Verde can obtain a visa on arrival, provided it has been pre-arranged before departure. Holders of diplomatic or official passports of the following countries can also visit Angola without a visa : Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, Cape Verde, China, Cuba, Egypt, France,〔()〕 Guinea-Bissau, Italy, Mozambique, Portugal, Russia, Sao Tome and Principe, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Vietnam and Zambia.〔()〕 A tourist visa must be used within 60 days from the issue date and is valid for 30 days, a period that can be extended once for an additional period of 30 days. Passports must have a validity of 9 months and 2 blank pages.
